It also means genuine negotiating position. Where a buyer approaching one factory alone has little leverage, consolidated volume across a supply base does. That difference shows up directly in the quoted price.
For products that are difficult to find, or that do not exist in the form a client needs, we develop them with the manufacturer rather than proposing the nearest substitute.

Product Development & Quality Control
Our Hangzhou office runs product management and development, with a display centre for key product lines. Being in China rather than reporting on it from a distance is what makes the cost advantage real — it is achieved through the right factory and the right process, not by accepting a lower standard.
Quality control happens during production, not after it. Inspections at pre-production, in-line and pre-shipment stages mean a problem is found while it can still be corrected, rather than when the container is opened at destination.
The same proximity keeps lead times short. Samples move in days rather than weeks, and approvals do not wait on a courier.
